Getting started takes minutes. You connect your Blacklane account and tell me which rides you want. I'm Lumi, the RideAutomation assistant, and I do the rest: I watch your offer feed around the clock and accept matching rides faster than any human could.

The moment an offer lands in your Blacklane feed, I read it and check it against every filter you've set: price, distance, class, zone, schedule and the rest. If it's a match, I accept it in a fraction of a second, long before most drivers have even seen it.
If it isn't a match, I skip it and record why ("price too low", "outside your zone", "outside working hours"). Those logs live in your dashboard, so over a few days you can see exactly what I accept and skip, and tighten your filters with real data.
You can start and stop me whenever you like, change any filter at any time and take over manually whenever you want. I never do anything you haven't told me to do.
