Do you take a commission on my rides?
No. You pay a monthly price per vehicle, with no commission on your rides. Only rides received through Sharing carry a commission, if you take part.
Will I be charged automatically?
No. There is no card to start and nothing is ever charged automatically: when you pick an offer we agree on it together, and you pay monthly.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Offers are monthly with no commitment: tell us and it stops at the end of the month.
What happens after the 5-day trial?
You switch to free mode: I keep taking rides for you with 1 simple rule. More rules, the advanced settings, scenarios and the fleet tools come back with an offer.
What counts as a vehicle?
Each car that can take Blacklane rides at the same time. Solo covers one, Fleet two running in parallel, Custom three or more.
